About Nadia
Based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia, I am a photographer whose work is explores flora and wild environments.
My recent practice moves beyond traditional representation. Using abstract and sometimes oblique perspectives, I aim to convey the profound sense of beauty, mystery, and joy that nature evokes in me.
My photographs are experiments in 'seeing the unseeable'—a quest to visualise invisible processes like photosynthesis and capture the literal transfer of energy from sunlight into a leaf.
