Please allow up to 3 to 4 week for your print to be produced, quality-checked, and prepared for shipping. Processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons. You will be notified if any significant delays are expected.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Only Street address are accepted, no PO box's.
Packaging
We ship rolled prints domestically and globally, and framed prints domestically (and to New Zealand up to A2).
Rolled prints are first rolled in a protective and biodegradable cellophane wrapping and then placed inside a rigid mailing tube with strong, reinforced walls. The tube is then packed out with recyclable packing and sealed with end caps.
Framed prints are bubble-wrapped, with corner protectors, and carefully boxed ready for shipping in a custom rigid cardboard box.
Domestic
We ship domestically using Australia Post and courier services.
