Refunds & Returns

We comply with Australian Consumer Law.

All purchases are final.  We will only consider returns and refunds in the case that goods are incorrect, have printing/framing issues, or are delivered damaged.  In such situations contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of both the damaged print and the packaging.

We won't refund if you have changed your mind.  Please choose your artwork carefully before finalising your purchase.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders

Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be applied by the destination country.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

The purchase of a photographic print does not transfer any reproduction rights.

All imagery and content on this website are the exclusive property of Nadia Sliwka and are protected under Australian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any of the content without prior written permission from the artist.

Colour & Appearance

We strive to ensure that the colours and details in our product photos are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware that the appearance of colours can vary between different screens and monitors. A slight variation between what you see on your screen and the final print is not considered a fault.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).  Prices are subject to change without notice.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Information We Collect: We collect information you provide to us directly, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details, for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

How We Use Your Information: Your information is used to process your transaction, dispatch your order, and communicate with you about your purchase. If you opt-in to our mailing list, we will use your email to send you occasional updates and promotions.

Third-Party Services: Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage and databases. We also use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. PayPal) and shipping. We only share information necessary to provide these services.

Data Security: We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information and ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, or disclosed.  However, we do not warrant against failures such as accidental disclosure or security breaches.
